    2. Soybean product making experience
     ① Grind the soaked soybeans into pulp
     - Use a traditional stone mill to grind the soaked soybeans into soy milk by adding an appropriate amount of water.
     - Participants can personally operate the stone mill and experience the fun of traditional craftsmanship.

    ② Making soy milk
     - Use a filter bag to filter the dregs of soybeans and separate the fine soy milk.
     - Explain the nutritional value of soy milk and its status in Chinese food culture.

    ③ Making tofu pudding
     - Participants can learn how to slice tofu pudding and experience the skills and fun of the production process.

    ④ Making Ludagun
     - Use a rolling pin to flatten the glutinous rice dough, cover with red bean paste, roll up and cut into small portions.
     - Participants can make their own “Lu Da Gun” and pack it in a box to take home.
